Lösliche Phthalocyaninatometalloxane, Dotierung und Leitfähigkeit Soluble Phthalocyaninatometaloxanes, Doping and Conductivity

چکیده
Axial zu Polymeren verbrückte Metallphthalocyanine [PcMX]„ mit M = Si, Ge, Sn; X = 0 und M = AI, Ga, Cr; X = F zeigen elektrische Leitfähigkeiten zwischen 10 -8 und 10~12 S/cm. Nach Dotierung mit Iod steigt die Leitfähigkeit um 5-8 Größenordnungen auf bis zu 1 S/cm an [1, 2]. Sowohl die fluorals auch die sauerstoffüberbrückten Polymere [PcMX]n sind in organischen Lösungsmitteln unlöslich und können deshalb nur in heterogener Phase mit Iod dotiert werden.
